PhotoRescue's Delivery FAQ
Q: What do I receive?
In addition to the messages that you will get from our credit processors, you will also receive up to three mails from us
- a mail informing you that your copy has shipped - this mail should go through even if your firewall blocks attachments or your anti-spam filter blocks download links.
- a mail with the full pre-registered program as an attachment. This mail can eventually be blocked by your firewall.
- a mail with a download link to the fully registered copy of PhotoRescue.
Q: When should I expect my program or registration code?
Photorescue orders are automatically processed as soon as they are received. This means that most orders will be processed and delivered within ten minutes . The internet being what it is, small delays are not abnormal and you should only contact us if you haven't received the program after twelve hours.
Q: What can go wrong?
The most frequent causes of non-delivery are
- you have given a wrong or inactive e-mail address. We will try to call you but time differences sometimes makes that difficult.

- your firewall or ISP blocks our mails. We won't know about it unless we are explicitely notified.
- your spam filter blocks our mails. We will never know about it.
- we don't receive the notification. Order status is periodically reviewed by a human being.
Q: Do you have a boxed version of PhotoRescue?
We do, but we don't sell it on our web site. Please contact one of our resellers .
