Today, 90% of our support requests come from people who believe they haven't received our programs or activation code. The reason behind this is simple: spam filters.
Hotmail, for example, systematically places our mails in the "junk mail" folder. Earthlink users often send us a "challenge" we have to answer. Some buyers have "whitelists" and actively reject our mails. Before ordering, please make sure that you are able to receive e-mails from the following accounts
